Noon-2 p.m. Distinguished Alumni Awards, Cougar Club Athletics Hall of Fame and 25th Reunion Luncheon - Violet T. Frith Fine Arts Center (home of Pritchett Auditorium)
A formal lunch honoring our award recipients and the Class of 1989.

Start at Schoolfield House Booksellers and tour campus so you can see firsthand how things have changed. There will be students helping you to tour the campus.

North Campus, Tailgate Alley
Reserve a premium tailgate space for $10 per space. See available spaces at www.averett.edu/tailgate. A trophy will be awarded for best tailgate spread. Special tailgate events for GPS, Pi Kappa Phi and Equestrian alumni and students.

Club Carnival - this fun carnival is a great way for student groups to raise money for conferences and activities!
 
4 p.m. Memory Lane – North Campus - Visit with faculty and staff, both current and retired, plus a meet and greet with Averett's president.
 

4:30 p.m. - Gates and Concessions Open
Pre-purchase a discounted concessions meal for $6. Options include Chick-fil-A and Domino's.

cool6 p.m. Averett Cougars vs. Christopher Newport Captains
This will be Averett's first night football game in our new stadium! Pre-register by October 10 for free tickets. Bring cans of food to support Cans Across the Conference. Halftime activities include Homecoming Court and recognition of award winners.
 
Saturday Evening Get-together - Kickback Jack's
Following the game, meet your classmates at Kickback Jack's for some free appetizers and a chance to see all your Averett friends!

A special chapel service to honor members of the Averett community who have passed away in the last year, including Dr. Lanham and Dr. Trakas.
